Shipping information

Shipping your product is our top priority, and we ship hundreds of products to satisfied customers around the world every day. However, since the majority of our warehouses are located internationally, our shipping and processing times may vary. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot offer express next-day shipping.

Processing time:
Once we receive your payment, we will immediately forward your order to our suppliers for inspection, customization, quality control, and packaging. This process may take an additional 1-4 days.

Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. Typically, shipping takes 10-15 days, although actual delivery times may vary.

Shipment tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your product directly through our website (link to the tracking page).
Please note that most of our shipping providers offer tracking, but we cannot guarantee this in every case.
